New ferry route
Tamar Cruising have now started operating a new route this year. The route starts from Cremyll (referred to as Mount Edgcumbe) and goes out of the mouth of the river upto Mount Batten. This is a 5 times daily trip mainly for tourists wanting to visit the park. This is a summer only service which will cease on the 30th September. It will be interesting to see how popular the route will be. I presume that the Tamar Belle is operating the trips, unless the Plymouth Sound extends its trips on route into the Barbican.
